STARTERS

Partridge
Red legged partridge, roasted breast, confit leg, sweetcorn, pickled blackberry, girolles, truffle jus

Tomato
Heirloom tomato, torched mackerel, sea purslane, gazpacho sorbet, Exmoor caviar

Garden Salad
Autumn garden salad, beetroot, herbs, celeriac, cresses, nasturtium

Scallop
Hand dived scallops, shiitake mushroom, brassicas, honey white truffle and parmesan

 

MAINS

Turbot
Steamed turbot, mixed squash, pumpkin seeds, caviar, seaweed 

Beef
Aged fillet of beef cooked over coals, smoked bone marrow, garlic and spinach

Agnolotti
Vulscombe goat cheese and spelt Agnolotti, salt baked onion, hazelnut, artichoke

Lamb
Lamb Loin, Dolmades, grilled cucumber, feta, black olive
